Returns Policy

The Pluralist does not have a physical location since we are an online web store. We ensure that all orders are hand-checked before dispatching to you and we deliver with the cooperation of the Australian Post to ensure that items are safely delivered. In the event of a faulty/wrong item, we will be able to exchange the item once we receive the defected item from you. Only production failures will be exchanged free of charges under warranty however the shipping cost that comes with the return is your responsibility.

Purchases can be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of goods in case of faulty products. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. All original packaging with pricing and labels must be intact. No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging. The return cost to our Headquarter is your responsibility.

Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria will be refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.

In the event of such, please immediately email us at with photos. Please allow us to reply within 72 hours. Once we have confirmed the exchange, we will advise you of the return details and address.

Items must be returned in original condition. You may also wish to attach a note with the following information:

1) Your order number
2) Email which was used to correspond with us
3) Address

The Pluralist Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for one year after the original purchase date.

The Pluralist warranty does not cover:

– Battery end of life, case, crystal, finishes and plating
– Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
– Damaged strap by wear & tear, water damage, scratches and accidental glass damage
– Discoloration of light coloured watches and/or components

The Pluralist warranty does cover:

– Production faults
– Watch Hands falling off
– Movement failure (time)
– Battery failure during the first 12 months

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you’ve purchased from our site, the order number and the copy of the receipt from us will need to be sent to us along with a brief description of the claim.
